Policy & Booking Terms

Please review the following carefully before booking. By reserving your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, lateness, and missed appointments.

All deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable.

This policy helps us protect appointment availability, preserve schedule quality, and maintain the elevated client experience expected at LL Touch.

Deposit Policy

There is a 100% non-refundable deposit required for any LL Touch Advanced Aesthetics service or other booked service.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

All reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Late Arrival

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, there is no guarantee the client can still be seen and another appointment with another deposit may be required.

Full Policy Details

There is a 100% non-refundable deposit for any LL Touch Advanced Aesthetics service or other booked service, so please read the following carefully before booking.

Rescheduling and cancellation must be done 48 hours in advance or the deposit will be forfeited. If that happens, you are welcome to book again with a new deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or if you miss your scheduled appointment, we will make every reasonable effort to rebook that appointment time with another client. If we are unable to rebook your reserved time, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full price of your scheduled service.

There is a 15-minute grace period. After this time, there is no guarantee that the client can be seen and a new appointment with another deposit may be required.

The consultation fee is also non-refundable. However, LL Touch Advanced Aesthetics’ cancellation policy will still apply.

Important Acknowledgment

Booking an appointment confirms that you understand and accept these terms, including the non-refundable deposit, the 48-hour notice requirement, the 15-minute grace period, and the possibility of being charged the full service price when reserved time cannot be refilled.
